Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert on all of the features and functions within software applications provided.
Provide expertise to clients seeking to use our provided applications effectively.
Document clients' needs, problems, interventions and interactions, escalate technical issues to our development team.
Boost Customer Satisfaction and productivity through a gamified system that gives you periodic updates on your work vs. your teammates
Territory: MENA or APAC

Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred or aligned experience with business and/or software
Affinity with software that handles functions of business, such as CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, and other varieties of software that our platform provides
Ability to learn quickly
Nice to Have
Arabic is a plus
Master degree is a plus
